 However, we understand that there may be situations requiring exchanges or returns,
 so we have established this policy to ensure clear procedures for everyone. 💫 💫
The customer can requestan exchange or a return
the product within 7 days
from the date of order receipt,
provided that the product is in its original condition
and has not been used or damaged.
We only accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:
  • If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect. ⚙️
  • If a product different from the one ordered is sent. 📦
 
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Custom-made products according to the customer's request.
The customer bears the shipping or exchange,
unless the error is on the store’s side
(such as sending the wrong product or a product with a clear defect). 🚚
To submit an exchange or return request:

  • Provide your order number and a photo showing the issue or defect in the product.
  • The request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you will be notified of the return or exchange procedure.
The product must be in its original condition with packaging and the invoice.
Refunds are only processed after the product is received
and inspected.
One Space management reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with the stated conditions.
